We ended with a 16.9 up 13%. Company finished down 1%
Here are our successful classes this week

213 knit tops up 84% Company up 7
214 graphic tees up 64% company up 3%
216 heavy knits & jackets up 87% company up 5%
241 basic tees up 12% company down 18%

The following classes did well but company beat us.

221 pants up 16 company up 30%

These classes didnt do so great. However, we still comped!

222 denim we were down 22%. Company down 25%
225 shorts down 12. Company down 17%

The struggle this week were

215 wovens down 10% company down up 1%
231 sweaters down 61% company down 17.

Here it is team! Lets continue to fix these numbers. This week we began making moves on the floor. We are locating our merch to its proper zones. Today, we began to work on the BIG SUR shop. We will be doing that tomorrow. Directly after shipment. We also have furthers this week.
We must maintain the standards on the floor. You know your roles. Keep us proud. No cross merchandising at all. We are just getting our shipment out. To its proper home.

ON ANOTHER NOTE! WE MUST GREET EVERY CUSTOMER THAT COMES DOWNSTAIRS. ITS PART OF THE MYSTERY SHOP!!! MAKE THOSE ROUNDS ON THE FLOOR!
