Just a few more directives and guidance for the week.
Shipment! All new merchandise is priority!!! Replenished, is secondary. All new shipment is to go out immediately to the selling floor. Into its proper home zone. Use the floor set guide for details. If you have questions, ask your Merchandiser or Merchandiser team lead. Its pretty easy.
Markdowns and dimeouts needs to be completed. These items are ringing. Please work on this!
Sweaters and graphics needs to be velocitized.
Basics need to be audited.
Macc needs a good filling! Socks, especially!!!
Remember, no merching. Just getting the product out. Shipment needs to be wrapped by Thursday night!
