Sorry for not blogging yesterday. In general we are in full inventory prep mode.

While your maintaining; your priority should be SKU CHECKING. Auditing tables and racks; making sure EVERYTHING has a sku. You can write them out or you can print tickets from the mobile.

Today we recieved one box of shipment. Which was replen in both, the allson fatigues and 510 Chinos. Charley put everything out.. while I restocked and sku checked.

I worked on sku checking and RE-.STANDARDIZED The the are as as I go.. Please make sure to check these areas while closing and keeping it up

There has been a team in Backstock all week. So far the progress...really.great.

We all know how hectic inventory can be..so lets try to make it alot..easiers on us. By doing what we need. Please spend ANY time you have.. Not doing projects - sku checking and RE-Standardizing.

thats all guys.. inventory mode... Stay out of BS.. Call your floor soups.. Also take a moment to read the weekly slant which at the moment has some really important information concerning the mens department.
