First, I would like to give Savion a shout out! For holding it down and really stepping up to the plate. Hitting a grand slam! Men's ended up 50+, compared to last time. We were down 5. Before the new year! Great way to start off the year! Macc was up 40+. We comped, as usual. In both sections.

Tonight, I had came into close. I'm going to consider this my first day back. I walked in and Nico wrapped up floor markdowns. We have backstock to do this week. Savion, will pretty much be prepping in backstock with Corey and Morgin. For inventory next week.
Today after a managerial touch base. Nico, walked me through the floor regarding the day. As well as, unlayering the forms on the floor. With that said. Please do not try to change anything that he's done. Its part of inventory.
I began sku checking the tables and began clearing any craziness inside the tables. This will continue until inventory.
We will begin sku checking the men's floor daily. Going over it at least three times to make sure every item has a sku. Once that is complete you will highlight the map. Created by Morgin. To verify that the area is sku checked. This begins tomorrow!!!

The closes MUST BE GOOD TO EXCELLENT! It cannot be anything less! No ditching, misrunning merchandise! Its unacceptable! There will be consequences!
Backstock prep is running smoothly. Which is great.
Managers and team leads will be allowed in backstock to do checks and finds.
