Tonight, went pretty smooth. Unfortunately, we didn't make the day. It began to pour like no tomorrow. Then stop, then pour. Anyhow, Savion and I began working on standards while closing the floor. I mastered the new denim fold. I can't wait to demonstrate. Another cool thing, is the new shipment process. No more boxes in backstock! Holla!!! Before, the rain I had to constantly back up at the wrap. As well as, get rid of Nick's. Ugh! Which, I had to stop marking down macc. However, I marked down Tom's, moccasins and some obey scarves.
Direction!
We have a major visit on Friday! Everyone who is everyone will be here. We must show, how great we are!!! With that said. All markdowns must be completed by Wednesday. We have to work on getting the shoes back out on the floor. Great closes and standards are a focus. Nico, has spent a great deal getting the floor back in order. Only to have mediocre closes. That is not cool. Team, lets get back on track. No projects should be left on the floor. Thanks Nico for setting the bar. The belts need to come back onto the floor.
