Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! A little business too!

Hello,
So, I walked into a bit of a disappointment! Corey, left direction for the sunglasses to get audited and filled. Which didn't begin until 10 when I arrived. I couldn't finish due to the traffic in backstock. Then it got busy.
This morning. We moved the bdg sweatshirts to the koto wall. The hoodies were folded into the wall. The virgin poets hoodies and pullovers made it out. There were no men's merchandise on that rack outside backstock. Savion, filled button downs. I filled the koto wall, some sale and spot filled throughout the floor.
This afternoon, I placed the gloves onto the A frame. Where the belts once were. The belts are in backstock temporarily. The flannel has been placed on the four by four. Added the green cords to the standard cloth table. Now all colors have a home!

ONTO THE BUSINESS SIDE!
Men's ended the week up 11. Company did pretty much the same. While heavy knits (216), Pants (221), Denim (222) Blazers and Jackets (230) all did well over company. woven tops (215) ended up and pretty close to company. Shorts (225) and Outerwear (232) were down but beat company. Knit tops and graphic T's and. Basics did miserable!! What are we going to do?? I need answers!!!
Onto Macc!
We ended down 5. Company ended up 4. We were doing great. Until we dropped the ball on filling. That's a no no!!! For one, I think Tom's are over. Gloves were up 131%, hats were up 44, socks were up 19%, casual shoes were up 20. Now the bad part. Boxers and loungeware down 21, scarves down 30 and sunglasses down 92 and dress shoes down 128. yikes!!!! This is scary. We must fix this! I will blog weekly direction after the walk through!
