So I'd like to apologize for my lack of communication on here. I am currently moving and have no Internet so I'm doing this from my phone at a coffee shop! Anyway just some things I'd like to make sure we're doing.

Im not sure how much shipment is left but as much of it has to go out. I'm thinking we can fill bags from back stock. Then we can consolidate the majority to two shelves. That should give us a shelf we can back stock the massive amount of jackets. If that doesn't seem possible lets get a rolling rack for men's sale out. Fill all the hanging sale in the men's bay then hang the jackets there.

Fill fill fill! Filling in hoodies in the wall behind the graphic tees is a must. The promo just started and I think we can get a lot of the back to school crowd buying them despite the current weather. Denim is also a must. Don't be afraid to under stock jeans behind stacks. Utilizing space on the floor is a must. Walk the floor in the morning and make a list of things that need to filled. Check in back stock to see what we have. I'd like everyone to be aware of what's in back stock. Most of all KEEP IT CLEAN! See y'all at 2!
