Season to date we are flat. Company is down 25. Great job this week team!!! We still have a way to go. Our successful classes were... Knit Tops up 158% Graphic Tees up 62% Heavy knits and Track jackets 111% Sweaters up 14% Basics up 30% Shorts up 18. Everything else is an opportunity to focus on this week. Macc ended flat, we beat company which was down 8%. Socks up 120% Boxers up 54% Hats up 71% Jewelry up 42% and Luggage up 60%. We had a good comp this week. Let's aim for the stars!!!! Focus this week is Macc backstock. WE NEED TO SORT THROUGH THOSE BINS AND HAVE EVERYTHING TOGETHER!!! THIS IS PRIORITY!!! WE WILL BE WRAPPING UP FLOOR SETS THIS WEEK.. WE ARE GETTING NEW FIXTURES TOMORROW... GET EXCITED!!!! Our graphic table needs to have the velocity items facing the entry. As well as, hanging up on display. We will be re working the paint by numbers section representing chinos on the table with our struggling Woven Tops.. We will be toning the table down. We don't want it too flashy.We will be moving our hoodlum hoodies into the table. We also need to fine tune our denim area. REMEMBER TO SIZE TAPE THOSE BABIES!!!! The tanks on the table need to get velocitized as well. GOING FORWARD.... EVERY NIGHT A SECTION NEEDS TO GET A PERFECT CLOSE. EXAMPLE: TOMORROW WILL BE GRAPHICS... THURSDAY WILL BE DENIM.
