Wednesday & Thursday Closing!!!! Weekend Directives too!!!!!

Hello!!!! So, I spent the last 2 days closing down the store... I walked in today with nothing but appreciation for maintaining the store... Yayyyyy closers!!! Anywho, We are extremely behind in everything. I worked on dimeouts on the sales floor and began in backstock... Most of our sale westerns went buh-buh. As well as, those sneakers in the bottom of the sale peg. I also, filled some sale and Macc. I began markdowns on the selling floor. We have quite a bit that is on sale. Which will help with the moves that are supposed to happen. Please, revisit my directives regarding that... Also, the markdown manifest is in the office. By the way, we are going to try something out. Savion, came up with the idea. It sounds pretty good. Here we go, each member of the men's team will have a section to work on. Regarding standards.... I will hold down denim, Savion, will have graphics. Chris, will have sweaters. Che and Tony will hold down basics. Carlos, will have the front table. Nicholas, will hold down pants. Peter, will have button ups. EVERYONE, will hold macc down. Its just about keeping it clean and presentable on the selling floor. Onto direction, we are in a good place with shipment on the floor. However, it needs to get backstocked. The Men's opener will have the manifest and the merchandising print out to guide you through. Nico, is still a Merchandising Team Leader. We should still be able to utilize him!!! Which, he has been helpful this week!!! Also, see our Merchandiser Morgin for anything. I will be here all weekend to make sure this stuff is happening. However, justy because I'm opening all weekend. Doesn't mean to slack off... The standards bein ASAP!!! So, markdowns, backstocking and the switching of the koto wall...
