The rundown and weekly directives

Eh.... What's up, Team?

Its your dude Bugs Bunny, here. Just giving a brief summary of last weeks business and some direction for the week.

Business!
As we already know. We comped in men's and macc. Our strongest sellers were knit tops, blazers and jackets, denim and Outerwear. Followed by graphics, and heavy knits and track jackets.

The following classes were down but still beat company. Sweaters and basics. The class that lost was pants. So, we have to focus on these classes.
Macc, strong suits socks, hats, gloves, scarves, luggage and sunglasses. Otherwise, we took a hit in shoes, underwear and belts.

Directives
A few things that needs to happen this week.
Markdowns
Fill graphics
Velocitize the table tops and hanging graphics
We will be moving the canvas shoes from the wall to the a frame. The wall will house sale underwear, socks etc. This needs to happen before the sale starts on Friday.
The 4x4 needs a sale sign wear the sweaters are.
Any piecey merch will get forced marked.
Focus on woven tops. Make the more focal place some on tables.
lighten up the wall in zone 1. It looks dim.
Everyday, we should be restandardizing our floor starting with basics and graphics.
