Its the weekend!

Whats up guys!

I have nothing major to say really. Friday I updated the forms in the window and the forms on the mens floor. They are inspired by the new mens floorsets coming up. The Utopia guy. Hes very pattern on pattern. And looks like camo isnt going any where any time soon. So get ready. Hes also in alot of camo. Hopefully we recieve alot of the new styles of camo that are coming.  Check them out let me know what you guys think.

Anyways, my one directive for the weekend is to FILL SALE . there are many markdowns in backstock that can go on the floor. Figure out how to get coverage for at least an half hour to grab fills and make it happen. Price check them and be sure to mark them properly.

Also take a look at the macc A frames the beanies can be filled and there are some in back. Get back there and fill them. Should take no longer than an hour to clean and fill the frame. Will someone take a look at the basics tables as well. I have no clue how we cant manage to keep v necks and crew necks seperate but will someone please do so.

And also just spot fill guys.. If you see theres no sizes in something. And you know we have - fill it. Its your store and your floor as well. Take initiative. the more money we make. the better our hours can be.. The more you can work. the bigger your checks.

Lastly. I cleaned the sunglasses during the week and put out a ton of new styles.. dont overlook this area. Be sure to close it out and keep styles together.

Theres no reason why you should be twiddling your thumbs on the floor or trying on merchandise while your working and things arent being maintained. Theres Always something for you to do.

Closers id like you to not get in the mindset or habit of your only purpose is closing out the store at night. But more in the mind of figuring out what going on. Whats new. how business is. Any projects. How you would like to contribute etc.
