Catching up & Keeping up

Whats up martians

Again I cant express how HAPPY I am that inventory is OVA! It gave me a headache and a cold.

Hopefully we are all caught up on our ZZZZZ's and ready to pull our store back into shape.

Today I had a later start than usual, I immediately started on shipment which was already tagged. I also worked on tiddying up the empty floor and adding personality again. I updated forms today as well.

Gentleman.. I cannot express the importance of practicing your standards. The below par closes cannot be tolerated much longer from members of the team who are now senior associates. No matter what your hours are like.

As Charley said our floor is more than embarrassing for our numbers to look the way they do.

Today I cleaned the underwear A frame and organized it.. Its been a mess for about a month - things shouldnt wait this long to be fixed.. Or until I touch it for a task to be done properly.

Senior associates you should be training our new hires..  If you guys are getting bored maybe talk to Charley about what your next steps should or can be, But I see many of you loosing integrity. I dont expect to keep writing or commenting on the same issues.

secondly... We are all not reading this blog. At this point, I need you guys to encourage each other to read and write on the blog. Maybe if you guys let each other know you were looking forward to reading a post - that could possibly set a flame to doing so.

Anyways! WELCOME Nicholas to the team!
