So, after us having a wonderful morning with donuts and stuff. You know, we are all in our jovial spirits. Then after the first customer who was a real sweetheart. Savion and I feels she may have been a secret shopper. If so! We earned points. Hopefully, she was!

All of a sudden, BOOM!!! The store was a nonstop bloody chaotic disaster! We had two call outs during the day. Which really help was needed! So, being short. I had asked Tony to work an earlier shift to help the store out. Since, the mid called out. Thanks, Tony! You saved the day! So, everyone was working in all kinds of different zones. Thank you all for being team players yesterday! With holiday season in full swing. This will be happening again!

What was in these peoples coffee Sunday? I always that Sunday's should have people laid back and all. I guess that's not the case! It was really a bloody nightmare! I was called to back up ring constantly. The lines were tipping vignettes, it was off the chain! Then the nicks came in. These chicks, tried Savion and I. Oooh, they tried it! Guess what birds? You can't take our sweatshirts, you Marks! We gave them the "I will beat you down look" Then, the placed in down and left. They better had! Then I basically had to get the floor in order for the closers. I ran out the fitting room. Sale, women's and men's. By 4 I cleared the cash wrap. I never got a chance to pull numbers, I will have them emailed to me today. However we ended up 24% Company down 3% we were tied with wacc. Macc ended down 6%. We really was aiming for the kill! We really did our best! We must continue to do so! Because, we are the best!
