So firstly; I apologize for not blogging yesterday.

Today we got in alot,/mostly replen,

Thank You ANDY & Janine for helping me out today.

There is shipment from today left under the stairs as well as a rolling rack of displaced merchandise,  But I will take care of those. Everything went out both from Monday & Tuesday we just have to back stock.

We have a few new promos starting this week so I've been working on homes for them. Pick up a slant or view the intranet (homepage) to see the promos.

Today Charley & I moved the flannels to the pipe & flange in the ''holiday'' gift area. and the coats to the speed rail beneath the hats.  We needed to do something to push sweaters and since we've sold the flannels down pretty well out of the 4x4 maybe we can get sweater business up..SO GUYS BE SURE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WE ARE RUNNING PROMOS ON THE HAWKS SWEATERS AND THE O'HANLINS AS WELL. SUGGUEST GOOD GIFT IDEAS. (I sold 2 today).

(pay no attention to Charley's standards)  Hopefully this will get closed out well tonight!

So we agreed that we like the top of the 4x4 more life styled So heres the finished Product. The Levis cords Are One Of the Promos that Start this week as well. We will keep them in the 4x4 because they have sold well from here as well. Hopefully that pushes our sweater business!

So The flannels that were in the 4x4 moved to the pipe & flange as said above. Noone knew how many we had exactly until they got on hangers; but those are the same flannels everyone saw in the 4x4. *(shrugs)

So it has a vintage feel - The way its merchandised..its a bit dramatic, I think I could deal with it better if it were less of them & where I wanted them to start with. But here's to trying new ideas and watching sales!!! They are in no specific order just be sure to keep the sleeves rolled.

& so you can see that's ^ the new home for those puff jackets and holiday sweaters nice & Clean.

Other than that I have to Update the Hawks table tomorrow because it looks a mess & deal with whatever shipment there is - hopefully we get in something good to fill in the holes.

Over the weekend directives were left........NONE OF THEM SEEMED TO HAPPEN (aside from reorganization of the bays) - which didn't get completed its self.

Macc was not filled

(socks,hats)

nothing was re standardized 

(aside from a few stacks of graphics THANKS SAVION)

TO TOP IT OFF: I WAS LEFT A PROJECT.. LET ME FIRST SAY NO BINS FOR ANY REASON SHOULD CARRY INTO THE WEEK. ONE OF THE OBJECTIVES FOR OVER THE WEEKEND IS TO KEEP BACKSTOCK CLEAR AND CLEAN OF ANYTHING FOR ANY REASON.  SO ON TOP OF SHIPMENT & MARKDOWNS ON MONDAY, I HAD TO FOLD AN ENTIRE BIN OF GRAPHICS........ HOW ARE YOU GUYS NOT ABLE TO MULTITASK?

I heard word of what happened in the morning on Saturday...But where was that in the blog at all from Saturday or Sunday?? I come in on Monday and nothings done..and the only mess in back stock is MENS????

Lets try to keep focus and time. The weekends are the time to get things like that done... there's no shipment, and nothing else to do but clean and fill. YES we all need to have ''Shared Fate'' but don't hesitate to let anyone know you need help or need to accomplish something in your department.

We are still NOT properly closing out macc ..Not just the A frames but on tables and shelves as well. just walk the floor carefully..its like dotting your i's and crossing your t's.

Lastly I pointed out already to a few team members that the standard for the graphics sweatshirts haven't been up the par. & So I figured to try a smaller fold. this way you cant cheat and air fold and they just stack better. so be sure to take note of this change. I had Tuesdays closers re-do this table with a womens sweater board.. take a look at the difference below
