My 12-8 shift

today had a 12-8 shift (my third not closing day of my month working at UO BK) so it felt pretty good getting off early and not having to close lol I won't lie, but today's shift wasn't too bad, little crazy with returning shoppers and a bunch of teen girls blowing off their xmas money (I remember those days).. Also had a tough time keeping my head in the game since I caught I really really bad flu  smh and my head was pounding, stuffy nose and sneezing and coughing (not a pretty sight) but I grew cojones and stayed my whole shift even tho EVERYONE was like "stay away from me Carlos!" And the word got aroun quick about my sickness I felt like I had the T virus from resident evil and they were gonna turn ito flesh eating zombies lol smh I still have love for you guys, but yeah I got the ok to leave to I decided to stay and finish up and help the men's team. A lot got done while I was there, I took care of the OBEY table and graphics and did some runs for the men's floor and sales as well. On my last few hours Peter and Kyle are the two closers for the night and Corey the closing manager, so I'm sure they'll knock it down and hold it down for men's.. But I'm home now about to take a dose of NyQuil and call it a night. I hope NyQuil does what it does best and cures me so I can be back to 100%
