Good Business last week team. lets keep it up.

There are a few moves that will happen this week. We also had a MAJOR markdown fest.. Which are finished on the floor. Backstock needs to audited and I also want to audit the floor once they start to ring up.

side note: we need to figure out a filling system..I feel like I put out shipment and fill what I can. on my own sometimes. One of my ideas is that since there is no cleaning going on at night there should be filling..

Id also like to quickly talk about the.closing of the mens floor.. I know that we can do better.. There are STILL tables being jammed with things.. How..& Why?  There is STILL NO SIZING of stacks especially on table tops.. Can I just point out there are  only 4 Tables... Not including the denim bar.. but the denim bar should be an auto-matic sizing situation.

I walked in today to - NONE of the Macc A FRAMES being closed out.. ...the hoodies on the front table were not stacked right.and the tags on the AA baseball henleys were all just hanging out and dangling.. Hide your TAGS!

STOP BEING LAZY GUYS..bottom line and for my senior associates on the team ..set the bar.

Anyways today  we got shipment dumped on us.. mostly womens and housewares.. mens got in mostly replen.. But a few new things as well....I spent my day clearing the sale off the floor.. And trying too get out new product. I managed to find a home for almost all of the promos that are about to begin (read your slant) and finally finding an ok home for our graphic sweatshirts..

so thats all I have for you tonight. Im in all week so ill keep you all informed.

P.s the pics attatched are of the updated front table in mens. I housed the B.Brothers Tourist brand here.. this brand was sort of a hit and miss last year. Lets see how it does this year. Its also a bit pricey.
