Salutations!
Well today was overall a good day. We accomplished a lot! Backstock, is clean!! It took a long time to get back to what it was. You actually can see the floor and the table.
I spent the weekend filling and cleaning sale. We had a ton of missed markdowns. As far as backstock is concerned. We have alot of macc still. Most of it went out into sale. Off it went!!! Sold!
Che, helped out in backstock. The reorganization began in the tandem. All of our apparel is in the bay. Che, worked on really standardizing the bays. Tony, filled basics and items that were light on the floor. You know like an assembly line. Che passed items he filled them. I worked on backstock in general. I cleared that corner where our shoe boxes are staged. I thought it was a bunch of men's stuff. Tossed around merchandise. Thankfully, it wasn't. I looked out to the entire team this weekend. I'm a bit exhausted!
Good news! Men's and macc beat company this week. Look out the run down tomorrow.
We all felt accomplished today!
