Today was nothing short of another busy day.
Once again we are slowly transitioning the floor and making sense of product placement and such, So its been one table,fixture or wall at a time. MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR STANDARDS TIGHT!!!
Today I had exciting plans to re fixture the entry wall.. but we don't have enough shelves or time..So i just continued with making sense of everything. EVERYTHING still NEEDS WORK I did finish the KOTO wall. Since we have so much KOTO and our younger guy seems to like it..
There are / will be MANY MOVES ON THE FLOOR. Get acquainted with them.

Corey & Andy were concerned with the Quantities of gloves that we have.. which yes we are over assorted. I took a look at the A frame and we can consolidate because we have NEW styles in and there are doubles on the pegs. We also need to come up with a home for Belts because 1. we did get a new one in..& 2 just to get MACC UP.
ANDY did a GREAT JOB at taking all or most of our shoes out of cardboard & Into the staging bay..He also re-Organized the OLD SHOE BAYS. I HOPE HE CHECKED FOR SALE AS WELL. IF NOT WE NEED TO GET ON THAT.
SOCKS NEED TO BE FILLED PLEASE MAKE SURE IF YOU COME IN AFTER ME TO SPEND AN HOUR CLEANING THE SOCKS AND FILLING..THAT'S NOT LONG AT ALL. HELP YOUR TEAM OUT!!!!
WERE STILL PREPPING FOR FRIDAY SO LETS BE ON POINT WITH RE - STANDARDIZING & CLOSING>>ALSO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE LIFE STYLING ON THE TABLE TOPS AND DUSTERS AS WELL AS SHELVING. (SUCH AS SHOES PAIRED WITH BACKPACKS ETC) IF SOMEONE TRIES IT ON MAKE SURE IT GOES BACK THE WAY IT WAS IF IT WASN'T PURCHASED.
OHHHH LASTLY- PROMISE...DON'T ADD THINGS TO THE MALE FORMS AND MAKE SURE ALL FORMS HAVE THEIR SHOES AT THE END OF THE NIGHT.. IF I DON'T SEE ANYONE BEFORE FRIDAY HAVE A GOOD PERFECT CLOSE & GOOD LUCK!
