First, I would like to talk about today. The 50% off sale began Wednesday. Which is awesome! We ended up 30% on the day. Compared to last year. Thank you, Andy! For setting up the shoe sale.

Please continue to get the shipment out onto the floor. Processed and backstocked.
Sale was shopped like crazy today. Please fill that sale section!! We have a lot of Westerns that can get out. As well as some pants and denim. The outstock shoes can go onto the macc sale peg. We have a bin that can go out. That has sale Tom's™ and hats. Those will fly out of here!!! We have sale boxes in the non usage fitting room and in backstock. Those really need to get emptied.
Going forward, their should be no projects pretty much after noonday.
Also, please reference the floor set guide. You all have one.
please continue to work on the directives posted from the night before. I didn't see much happen.
If you run into a brick wall. While accomplishing any shipment or any task given. See Nico or Morgin. I been closing and coming into a lot going on. I will be open all weekend. We need to make sure our department is popping!!! We have an overnight happening next week. Nico and I are going on a backstock rampage.
Fill full price and sale and work on standards & shipment!
