An overnight with Elroy and Bugs Bunny

   So, Wednesday night. Myself and Nico worked an overnight to get our backstock back in tandem. While, we had a great time accomplishing bay organization. We still have a ways to go. We have all bags, outstock shoes in one area. Westerns and flannels. Along, with button downs in one area. The same for all of our classes. It is your job to keep our bays in tandem. Not just Nico and I. We can no longer have any unfinished projects left behind. We ran across so much random bins. That clearly were started projects. We work directly outside of backstock. Why is this a problem? This must stop!! We also began markdowns. She posted up late in the week. We took care of the backstock ones. Tony, began on the selling floor. Once, he came in at seven. Going forward, Markdowns must be completed by the end of the week. We are actually ahead of the other departments regarding theirs. There will be audits. So be on point!

What's going on with the communication? We need to know what is happening in the department. Due to the lack of. There has been finger pointing and dwindlization of the teams morale. Aren't we the foundation the holds the building up? I need the team to help me out!!!
I'm going to talk about our denim bar. It was off the chain, honey! So, many different styles, double representation, missed markdowns etc. It took our morning and part of the day. While, we had so much to work on. I left this in last weeks directives. No communication on why this hasn't happened. Now, the.bar is styled accordingly. Neatly, folded and stacked. Back to basics.
While the basics were being filled. There were a bunch of different styles on top of each other. Come on, now!!! You know better than that!! Run that back!
Standards, standards and more standards. Myself, only being a cashier. I never really had the chance to master this. However, our Merchandising Team Lead Nico. Has been getting my standards up. Thanks, dude!!! Now, we as a team. Must be on top of this. The floor is starting to look great again. Let's keep it that way.
Next week, Nico will be opening the department. I will not be in mid week. We have a perfect close on Thursday! Buckle up!!!
