The break down .

Haven't been blogging lately because  i have been personally busy but that also gives me a bunch to blog about right now .

OPENING SHIFT :

Since there isn't anything to focus on other then the back stock until the floor is switched around and we get more shipment i . . .

• Organized the shoes in the back of the bay a little better . Walking into the bay you will notice that the vans are on the left and everything else is organized in the middle . The other random shoes that just happened to be put anywhere are there by default because there isn't any space and they couldn't be left out . 

• Recently i had a back stock shift and organized the denim area in the bay , Dockers on the bottom, hawking Mcgill above them , Levis and then shorts .

Over time i think the bays can be organized completely if we keep what is now organized the way it is . 

To make space for the Obey sweaters and the rest of the shipment that haven't been back stocked i pulled out things that could be filled and priced checked . 

• I filled what i found in the morning but before i left for the day i pulled out the rest of the cloths that can go out and left notes for them in back stock .

• I price checked the MACC bays and found some bags that am sure are on sale ,put out all of the urban brand $20 slip on shoes that are under the obey table . 
• I pulled out all of the dark brown lace up sandals because they are on sale now and there were some hats on sale after i organized the hat section. 
• The dark blue rope sandals are also on sale .

all of these things were boxed and on the box it says MEN'S PRICE CHECK. Hopefully these things can be put out because the space is needed . 

• With that space i organized the MACC bay  and the rest of the men's shoes temporarily went into that space.
• There was toms boxed in the men's bay that also needs to be hard tagged and put out . They have a note on them . 

MENS FLOOR .

soon the floor will be switched around and i think the denim bar should be reorganized with that process, then the graphics and basics . There is a bunch of times when customers ask do we only hold 511's and its because we only have 511's on the table top .

Facing the table from your right to left there will be two 510's  ,three 511's and two 513's with the rest of the denim lined up in the front of the table and lines up in the back by fit . The over stock from the back denim wall will only be over stocked on the last shelf of the back of the denim bar. when placing on the table top think quantity and best sold .Hope we can get this done by next shipment. Already started.
