A Day In Mens

Afternoon everyone.

Firstly...Id like to call out mens on NOT having markdowns 100% by Friday. Markdowns posted MONDAY. Its your job to communicate and pass your work on if you cannot complete the task.

Somehow I was still doing what I thought to be missed markdowns.. but i was actually doing the majority.of them. To add the markdowns that were completed, were not even marked down but was thrown in Sale!???  Nothing was at least marked down on the floor and there was no manifest from whomever started them.

Moving forward Id like work on better communication on the mens team and for more than just what you did during your shift.. But Tasking/Projects as well as prioritizing.

I originally moved all markdowns from the floor.. and the plan was to fill what was left {which there is plenty of oppourtunity on the mens floor to fill.} As well as putting out new shipment. However. I was a bit over zealous & time got the best of me. So close to the end of my shift i was still working on tables and sale.

By the end of my shift i just worked.on cleaning my mess. and filling the holes on the floor with the sale.. I do feel like the associates that came in were overly concerned with the projects they walked in on. Simply because none of it was passed on to them. I expected the closers to work.on maintaining the floor and customer service .

There are 2 Hollow pipe and flanges
that will be filled tommorow as I will direct the opener in anything that needs to be done. Theres also sale in the staging bay that will be cleared as well as two UNPROCCESED boxes of mens shipment that is planned to be completed as well. I also want to get rid any sale on the floor. For now there is an additional signed rolling rack for the weekend so we can sell through anything we can.
