Post 31 1/2: Important thoughts

I haven't been posting on the page for a while because lately I've been observing the floor and getting the floor on track. Even though i haven't posted i have been passing the floor updates onto the next floor cover.

Graphic Table - 

• It was mentioned to me and asked of me to mention to everyone about the graphic tee's . A few days ago a stack of graphic runs were found in the back of the stacks of graphics. I want to believe that a costumer hid them back there but at the end of the day if the graphic table is being properly done that should not be there and it was described as runs . I personally on one of my late night closing days pulled out all of the lost /hidden/ not seen mountains of graphic from the backs of the table and had help folding them .Graphics should only be doubled/backed if its the same shirt. 

Sale Section -

• Lately a bunch of customers have been coming up to me about the pricing of the clothing in the sale section and nine times out of 10 the cloths are full priced . Usually that only happens once in a while but recently its frequently. We don't have a runs rack like we use to have which makes it way more difficult because you have to put the runs where ever there is space until you can run them in .The reason am mentioning sale is because a few days ago before i clocked out i ran runs down stairs but the next day when abby ran runs down to me i noticed the same runs from the day before were exactly where i put them . Which means sale wasn't exactly done and a lot of full priced cloths stay in sale that way . If sale is done those cloths are seen. Lately I've been doing price checks on sale clothing that are on sale but aren't marked . On a busy day that can be a hassle so can someone walk threw the sale section and price whats not priced . 

Hiding runs is NOT okay .It makes it difficult for your team , and in the long run it makes it difficult for you . This is where the BLOG comes into play because personally if the day was busy,we made our numbers and you honestly got threw a good amount of runs but there just happen to be more. Organizing the runs, jumping on the blog to leave a little note like "hey today was busy , i left a little runs 'here' can you run those in ". I really would not have a problem 'if i was opening ' with busting that out real quick before getting to the morning agenda . Its better to know there's runs left then to be surprised to find some hidden. Just be considerate .
