Hey guys! Happy Weekend! This post is going to be short and concise. I spent my morning filling TOMS, HMG cutoff shorts and basics. I back stocked the remaining quantities of basics, but left out the two colors that I wasn't able to get to on our shipment shelves, and the last thing I did was sweep. Let's try to remember that we need to start cleaning at night and filling in the mornings. I think we have been doing a great job on standards for the last couple weeks but I found something a bit disturbing this morning. This is not the first time, but I am hoping it will be the last. In one of the basic tables and the graphic table I found stacks of runs. NOT OK! If we can't finish our runs at night, leave them out in the open and leave a note, please do not incorporate it into the table like a full stack of shirts. You are doing nothing else but creating unexpected work for the next person, and it is plain lazy. Secondly, throughout the week I have seen some bins of basics and graphics on the floor, but no note about why they are there in the blog; and again today, although I emptied one bin, I saw a bin of mixed tees in backstock. GET RID OF IT! I don't want to see it on Tuesday. I will be fair and give this team two days, but that is it. I am not dealing with that bin. Which ever one(s) of us made that bin, please take care of it correctly. And that is all for tonight. Enjoy your weekend.
