Standards

Hello,

In case you guys haven't noticed, there has been a conscious effort to raise the standards in our Department. Abby, along with a few others, has perfect closed the Men's Graphics and Denim a couple times in the past week. THIS IS THE NEW STANDARD. If you fold a stack, straighten a rack, etc, and it doesn't look good, fix it!

There is no compromise on this. I will issue verbal warnings for bad standards when closing. I am not expecting the entire Department to look perfect every night, but at least two sections in the Department should be closed perfectly every night.

So if you close down Zone 1 perfect, and maybe the Basics Table, make a note of it on the Comm Blog, so the person that closes the next night will know what needs to be worked on. I want to have the best Men's Department in NY, and I feel like we are just a few steps away from that. So let's get it!
