Post Twenty-six - Things to remember / Thoughts

On shipment Days:
  • When you are putting out shipment make sure to take the samples off of the sample rack. This will help the next person who hasn't worked on all of the shipment days more aware of what went out, what needs to go out and what is back stocked.
  • When doing the graphic standards remember to check behind  the stacks for any lost tee's or stacks .

Thoughts:
  • I think that the rack next to the graphic table should  permanently stay there because. . . .
  1. When a costumer come in and asks which of he graphics are on sale ,instead of them destroying every stack to find one it will be easier to introduce them to the graphic sale rack .
  2. With the sale graphics off of the table the table will be neat and organized because there will be space for brand new graphics .
  3. Benefits the back stock, sale, and men's numbers "How is that?" With sale not back stocked it gives the bays more space for full priced merchandise. For sale it makes it easy to just transfer tees from that rack into sale when it looks a little skimpy. For men's numbers it gives customers a choice between full priced and sale. Its just better to be out then in the back.
  • AGREE /DISAGREE? THOUGHTS.

  1. As the ~Sales Specialist~, I have to agree with points 1, 2, and 3 completely. Guys are always coming to the sale section (after nosing over full priced graphics and basics) looking for a good deal on a t-shirt. When there's a whole rack full of sale tee's, business booms. I personally like the look of it as well.
