Aaron,

Before the store opens in the morning, could you work on getting the Home peg board off the Men's Floor in Zone 2.

Once you've finished that, just focus on organizing Home backstock until the store opens. Ask the Opening Manager if you could get a few free hours back there. If that is not an option, just do what you can.

I re-merched a lot of Zone 2. The Virgin Poets pipe rack & the Your Neighbors pipe rack. Tried to give it a more clean, direct presentation. I felt like it had turned into an eye sore before.

You'll notice the other moves I did in Zone 2 as well. Let's see how it does through the weekend, and we can look at the numbers on Monday and see what worked & what didn't.

We were up 39% going into today, so let's just build on that through the weekend.
