Weekend Directives

While we are up 30+% on the week. There are a few things that must happen to maintain that.

Carlos,
Please work on the graphics. You already already have the setup. Please make sure that it looks clean.
Also, please work on the items that need backstocking. Savion, Andy and I had a chance to work on shipment. It maybe done. If so, just wrap it up.
This weekend should be about filling. Please use the restock app. To fill the floor. Continue to spot fill. I'm sure everything will need filling. Don't forget about macc and sale. We have a z rack of tanks. Make sure that stays full. If we are out of tanks. Add graphics to the back of the rack. Make sure the denim wall stays full and size taped. Make sure all promos are clean and full.
Markdowns should be completed already.

Mid shift 9-2 (5233013)

Supp blogheads 2-9 shift today, the floor was pretty quiet for a few, things calmed down specially after the hard rain. I got a rack and put out all the sale tanks right next to the sales table. After that maintained the floor, they were short on ppl so I stayed to help out for a bit, closed out men's, so by closing it's a touch ups. Overall it was a quiet day for the most part. I'm beat!! What's up, team!!!!! So, tonight the close was a little rough.... We were short a closer. Nandi, spent her evening closing down the Men's floor. She really enjoyed being on our team for tonight. Anywhichway, The samples from today are still on the rack. Along with some displaced westerns. We stayed until midnight.... I will be in at 9. See ya then!!!! Thank you, Nandi for holding it down after Carlos left for the day. There were moves made today. Due to new promos starting on Thursday... Levi cutoff shorts and Docker shorts will be on promo. We moved the Stapleford shorts. Which are on this weeks cycle counts!!!!

Hey all, Here is a few things that we need to focus on this week. Markdowns Getting shipment fully processed and backstocked. Let's push woven's!!! Savion worked on the belt a-frame today. markdowns are about 45% completed. Fill sunglasses!!!!! See ya tomorrow!!!!

Supp Blogheads SiR LoS on the blog 12-6 shift, but got so crazy that stayed till 8, it was pretty serious, I was on sales when I got in, filling and running and maitaining. All that was short lived I was on cash wrap pretty much through out my shift, the line were to the stairs and the purchases were OFF THE ROOF!!!.. Very busy busy busy Sunday, but I'm sure we will make our day before the end of the night, like we did last night.. 50% off sales ends today so no more super runs and no more questions like "IS EVERYTHING IN THE STORE 50%???" The was the questions of the month smh lol.. So no more of those smart questions.. Well I'm outtie 5000.. PEACE!! MAKE MONEY $$$

Enjoying my Sunday evening. Relaxing after an amazing weekend. I just wanted to go over numbers from last week. The hard work has paid off. Thanks, y'all!

We ended with 25.6 up 15%. Company ended up 7. Well done!
Our winners were:

213 knit tops up 69% company flat
214 graphics up 56% company flat
216 heavy knits up 84% company up 21%
230 blazers & jackets up 258% company up 5%

Though we did well in basics 241 up 1% company beat us up 6%

Most improved goes to pants. Class 221. Up 52% company up 5%

The following had a pretty dismal week.
Denim 222 down 43% company down 17%
Shorts which shocked me. Down 11% company up 2%
Wovens 215 down 21% company up 41%

So here it is! We see what we need to work in this week.

Ayooooooooooooo SiR LoS here (4-close, closing manager Anni) this blog will be nice, short and sweet. Pretty much day 3 of the 50% off MADNESS!!!!!. So much do to and so much to maintain, men's floor Nick and I worked on, him on sale me and the floor, no matter what the floor wasn't easy to keep up with, sales got hit HARD, the racks are half empty men and women's. at the end of the night we will got together and helped eah other, the closing team helped on men's so thank you to everyone, we for off by 11:30pm, long hard working day and tomorrow it's the last day and I will be there 12-6 shift..
